4) We will not be responsible if supplier gave us the wrong size/colour/design by mistake
5) Item(s) sold are not allow to exchange or refund
6) Refunds will be made only if the item out of stock
7) Payment must be made before i send in the orders
8) No NEGO are allow in PREORDER
9) Don't go MIA
10) Please be punctual for all meet ups
11) Buy from us only if you have patient to wait for your item(s) to arrive
12) We'll not be responsible if supplier only refund me half amount.
13) You have to check your item on the spot
14) No refunds are allow for instocks
15) Meet up timing and venue must be confirm 4hours earlier.

Meet up Charges:
I can meet up at any places (unless it's really inconvenient for me due to time constraint)
Due to my hectic schedule, I’ve decided to remove some of the FOC places, however they’ll charge at a cheaper rate:
Serangoon, Hougang, Bishan -> $1 ONLY
FOC places:
1. AMK mrt station
2. Sengkang mrt station
For other mrt station other than FOC places, all meet-ups will be conducted in the mrt station and I’ll not tap out the card, unless stated otherwise.
Green line/Red line/ Purple Line/Circle Line
Depends on how far: Fare Range: $1-$5
If you find the transport fee is unreasonable, you can nego with me(:
P.S. If you buy more than 5items from me, the transport fee will be more discounted/nego:D
